Terms of Service

1. Acceptance and authority

By creating an account or using QR-Appy, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service for a business or organization, you confirm that you have authority to act for that organization and that you have the legal capacity or authorization required to enter this agreement.

2. The Service

QR-Appy lets businesses create and update customer-facing content behind persistent QR codes, publish offers and related business information, generate promotional materials and review scan analytics. Features may evolve over time.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for accurate account information, keeping credentials secure and activity performed through your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of content you upload or publish. You grant QR-Appy a limited license to host, copy, resize, process and display that content only as needed to operate, secure and improve the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring that your offers, prices, images, links, claims and other content are accurate and that you have the rights and permissions needed to publish them.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use QR-Appy for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, infringing, abusive or harmful activity; to distribute malware; to impersonate others; to interfere with the Service; or to attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems or data.

6. QR codes and analytics

A QR code may remain visually unchanged while the destination content is updated through the Service. Continued operation of a dynamic destination depends on the Service, your account status and compliance with these Terms.

Scan statistics are intended as practical analytics and may be affected by bots, browser behavior, network conditions, duplicate scans and technical limitations. We do not guarantee a particular number of scans, visitors or sales.

7. Trials, paid plans and taxes

If QR-Appy offers a paid plan or free trial, the price, billing interval, trial length, renewal terms and any material payment conditions shown at checkout form part of these Terms. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, recurring plans renew until cancelled. You are responsible for applicable taxes where required.

8. Availability and changes

We aim to keep QR-Appy reliable but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may maintain, update, add, remove or modify features when reasonably necessary for security, performance, legal compliance or product development.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may restrict or suspend access for serious or repeated violations, security risks, fraud, non-payment of an applicable paid plan or legal requirements. Where reasonable, we will try to provide notice before material account action.

10. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. QR-Appy is not responsible for the independent products, services, pricing or claims of businesses that publish content through the Service.

To the extent permitted by law, QR-Appy's aggregate liability arising from the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to QR-Appy for the Service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.

11. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms as the Service changes. Material changes will be communicated where reasonably required. For legal or service questions, use the support/contact address provided in QR-Appy account communications or any dedicated contact address published by the Service.
